Bulldozer Group was built on the belief that meaningful hospitality does not emerge by chance  it is created with intention, courage, and vision. Founded in Dubai in 2021 and shaped by an international outlook, Bulldozer Group is a global hospitality and culinary company developing distinctive restaurants and lifestyle destinations across Europe, the Middle East, and beyond. Each concept is designed from the ground up —culturally, architecturally, and emotionally — with a focus on atmosphere, quality, and the social experience of dining.
The name Bulldozer reflects this mindset. It is a symbol of courage and forward movement — of clearing the ground to make space for something stronger.
